Research Orchard Manager, Ruakura

How I got here

Nearly twenty years of dairy farming experience then lead to experience in horticulture for six years as owner/operator of a summer fruit orchard. This was followed by 14 years working in blueberry breeding, propagation and production. I then transferred these skills to kiwifruit, leading to my current Orchard Manager position for the Ruakura kiwifruit orchard.
